Dear Alumni:

What a great Reunion Weekend! Over 1,600 alumni and guests returned to campus to celebrate the milestone reunions for the Classes of 1959, 1964, 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1989, 1994, 1999, 2004 and 2008, as well as members of the Platinum Classes. We welcomed back alumni from more than 32 states and 27 countries. Photos from the weekend will be available to view and purchase at www.85photo.com within the next two weeks.

A special thanks to the 434 reunion committee members who worked tirelessly to encourage classmates to attend Reunion Weekend and contribute towards the class reunion fundraising campaign. Your outreach efforts were incredible and we couldn’t have done it without you.

If you attended Reunion 2009, we hope you enjoyed being back on campus, catching up with old friends, making new connections, attending cluster parties and hearing from former professors. If you were unable to attend Reunion this year, we missed you, and hope you will consider joining your class for your next 5–year reunion in 2014.

Whether you attended Reunion 2009 or not, your feedback is extremely important to us. Please take a moment to tell us about your reunion experience before, during and after the event by e–mailing us at alumnievents@gsb.columbia.edu.

It’s also never too late to make a gift in honor of your reunion. Gifts made by June 30, 2009 will count towards your class reunion fundraising goal. Click here to make a gift online now. If you already made a gift to commemorate your reunion, we are most grateful for your support.

Thank you again to everyone who made Reunion 2009 a success. Plans are already set for Reunion 2010, which will take place from Friday, April 23 through Sunday, April 25, 2010. We will celebrate the milestone reunions for all classes ending in “5” and “0”, including the 1st reunion class of 2009.

In the meantime, we look forward to seeing you again soon at one of our many Columbia Business School events.

Warm regards,

Lisa Yeh
