"Following five years of commercialization efforts, I recently concluded the sale of a new utility-scale wind turbine tower technology to GE. The new tower will reduce wind's cost-of-energy by approximately 10 percent when deployed. The tower continues the ongoing innovation-driven price reduction of wind power to become the lowest cost generation source."
