Warby Parker CEO Neil Blumenthal spoke at the BRITE '14 conference about what's behind his company's vision to disrupt the eyewear industry by providing designer prescription glasses at affordable prices.

Through his Warby Parker story, Blumenthal talks more generally about blended retail, leadership strategies, building a narrative, world-class customer service, and his belief that businesses can do good in the world without charging customers a premium for it.
